It always pleases us, when we get a positive comment from a customer. lately its been “thanks for your help”, or, “thanks for coming so promptly”. These comments do raise the question, did your last supplier not do these things? promptly help… sadly, often the answer is no.

What seems like a pretty basic principal to us, good service = happy customers = good business.

It would seem like two of our guiding principles are steering us right; “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”, and “if its worth doing, its worth doing right”.
